Arthur Holmer is the Founder and President of Boardwalk Capital Holdings, LTD., a Chicago-based commercial real estate, investment, and management firm he founded in 2014.   He oversees capital procurement, both asset debt and equity, and is the head executor of marketing and operations.  Before establishing Boardwalk Capital Holdings, LTD., Arthur was a Director of Residential Financing for Baird & Warner in their mortgage banking division. He has been investing and growing his real estate portfolio for over 22 years.

Arthur has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Arthur holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker’s license, is a Certified Tax Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management. 

Arthur is the Co-Founder of The Revitalize Foundation, a Chicago-based non-profit organization providing support within Financial Literacy, Healthcare, and Workforce Development.
